Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to each giveaway hosted by Scott Leventon and his team ("the Company").

ELIGIBILITY: Giveaways are only open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Any applicants under the age of 18 will not be considered.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Company has the right to extend or modify the giveaway start and end date.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter each giveaway, you must fulfill the instructions set forth by the Company. Failure to complete all the steps set forth by the Company and his team will result in your application not being considered for the giveaway.

PRIZES: The prizes for giveaways consist of luxury items including, but not limited to, designer handbags, watches, cars, clothing, and shoewear. The Company reserves the right to modify the prizes for each giveaway.

SELECTION OF WINNER: The selection process for the winner of the giveaways will be based on various factors including, but not limited to, social media following and online reputation. Applicants will also need to confirm their email address to complete the entry process. Winners must also make travel arrangements to meet with the Company in person to claim their prize.

TAX CONSIDERATIONS: Giveaway winners are required to pay taxes on prizes over $600 in value and may choose to consult with a tax professional to ensure all rules and regulations set forth by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) are satisfied. The Company assumes no responsibility if the prize winner fails to pay taxes on their prizes properly.

ASSOCIATIONS: Giveaways by Scott Leventon and his team are in no way affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or Twitter. The officers of Interphase Marketing are hosting promotions at their own risk, and the social media platforms above are not responsible for the giveaway in any form.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway. The sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any computer, online, or technical malfunctions that may occur. If, for any reason, the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this giveaway, the sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway.

PRIVACY: Any personal information submitted by entrants remains confidential. The identity of the winner will remain confidential and unreleased to the public. However, the winner is free to post and talk about their prize as they choose.

RELEASE: By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
